A well-established and respected regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Skipton. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or experienced Private Client Lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters while building strong and lasting relationships with clients. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, ongoing professional development and genuine long-term career progression.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on the preparation of Wills and estate planning matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Managing probate and estate administration matters
• Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
• Supporting clients with inheritance tax and succession planning
• Assisting with trust-related matters where required
• Maintaining exceptional levels of client care and service
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department

About you

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ+ PQE)
• Private Client experience, including Wills and Probate
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work collaboratively within a team
