About this role
White Collar Crime Partner (or Exceptional Senior Associate / Counsel Seeking Partnership)
London | International Focus | High-Growth Platform
A leading UK and International full-service law firm with a strong London presence is seeking an experienced White Collar Crime Partner to build and lead a market-facing practice, with a particular emphasis on international and cross-border work.
This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that combines the resources and stability of a full-service platform with the entrepreneurial culture of a litigation boutique.
The Opportunity
- Establish and grow a white collar crime and investigations practice within a highly regarded litigation team that operates with genuine autonomy.
- Work on complex, high-value international matters, including multi-jurisdictional investigations, regulatory enforcement, and cross-border disputes.
- Benefit from significant international exposure, including regular travel and collaboration with overseas clients, counsel, and advisors.
- Join a firm whose corporate practice is primarily private equity-focused, creating a distinctive and largely conflict-free platform for contentious and investigations work.
- Play a real role in shaping strategy, hiring, and long-term growth, with meaningful influence at firm level.
Why This Firm
- Full-service capability without the conflicts that typically restrict white collar and investigations work.
- A litigation team run like a boutique: lean, commercial, and partner-led.
- High compensation package, competitive with top-tier London practices.
- A genuine equity and profit-growth opportunity, offering more than just title - this is a chance to share in the upside of a growing business.
- Collegiate, low-ego culture with strong institutional support for practice-building partners.
The Ideal Candidate
- An established White Collar Crime Partner, or an exceptional senior associate / counsel ready to step up, with the pedigree and capability to build a practice.
- Strong experience in financial crime, investigations, and regulatory enforcement, ideally with an international or cross-border dimension.
- Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and lead.
- Portable following welcome but not essential - strategic vision, credibility, and execution capability are equally valued.
