User Researcher - Financial Services - Manchester (2 days onsite) - 6 month contract

I am working with a well-known consultancy who are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join their team.

Supporting one of their Financial Services clients in Manchester, you will be managing research delivery end to end, from prioritising work and planning sprints to turning findings into recommendations colleagues can act on.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Strong experience in user research for digital products or services, ideally within corporate environments.
• Solid background running and moderating usability sessions, particularly one-to-one.
• Confident in selecting suitable research methods and designing robust studies.
• Hands-on experience analysing both qualitative and quantitative data and drawing out clear insights.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads for yourself and others.
• Skilled at building relationships and communicating findings clearly to non-research stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in information architecture, usability and accessibility and how they shape user experience.
