Test Lead/Manager - Automation

Our prestigious client are hiring an experienced and hands-on Test Lead/Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme for a 6-month contract.

The ideal candidate will be a champion of quality, with a strong background in test automation, third-party vendor management and test strategy development.

Key Responsibilities -

• Develop and own the end-to-end project test plan, aligning with programme milestones and delivery goals.

• Define and document test approaches across system integration, UAT, regression, and performance testing phases.

• Lead and participate in test automation efforts using modern frameworks and tools (e.g, Selenium, Playwright, Katalon or UFT etc.).

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases where needed, particularly for complex or high-risk areas.

• Embed best practices and a culture of quality across the delivery lifecycle.

• Coordinate with external vendors to align test deliverables, schedules, and quality standards.

• Monitor and report on vendor performance and escalate quality concerns as necessary.

This is an UMBRELLA only role which will require 2 days per week on client site.
