Telecommunications Delivery Lead - Public Sector - London (Hybrid) - DV clearance

I am looking for an experienced Deliver Manager with background in Telecommunications Operations within the Public sector for a long term project in London.

Due to the nature and urgency of the role candidates with active DV Clearance would be preferred.

You will be joining a high-profile project that will support the development and implementation of secure communications data capabilities that underpin national security and public safety operations.
Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and Telecommunication Operators, fostering trusted and productive relationships.
• Oversee the delivery of complex technical programmes, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Provide strategic direction and assurance across multiple delivery streams, ensuring that critical capabilities are delivered on time and to specification.
• Navigate a multifaceted stakeholder landscape, promoting collaboration across government, industry, and technical teams.
• Manage commercial and contractual processes with external partners to support delivery assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and stakeholder engagement.

• Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, telecom operations, or programme delivery within a regulated or secure environment.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with Telecommunication Providers, particularly in contexts involving sensitive or classified capabilities.
• Strong understanding of the Investigatory Powers Act and the regulatory landscape governing telecom and data access.
• Demonstrated success in delivering secure, resilient technology solutions in partnership with government or law enforcement agencies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels across sectors.
• Experience in managing delivery teams and overseeing complex technical programmes.
