Technical Delivery Manager x2 - AWS Cloud Transformation - central government - SC Cleared

I am looking for 2x Technical Delivery Managers to join an ongoing AWS Cloud Transformation programme with a central government client in London.

Due to the urgency and the nature of the work required, candidates will ideally hold active SC clearance. The role can be worked mainly remote with some flexibility to attend ad hoc meetings in London as required.

As the Technical Delivery Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery across one or more central government cloud workstreams, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and to production standards. You will convert vision, roadmaps, and funding into realistic, evidence-backed plans that senior stakeholders can rely on. You will bring control, pace, and predictability to a high-assurance AWS transformation where multiple suppliers and teams must line up to deliver. You'll be central to making sure critical cloud services land predictably and can be operated from day one.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Proven track record delivering large-scale cloud or platform programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong background in public sector digital delivery, ideally including central government experience.
• Demonstrable experience managing multi-supplier delivery under tight assurance and governance constraints.
• Comfortable working with AWS and modern DevOps delivery models and able to engage credibly with engineering teams.
• Strong grasp of delivery metrics, forecasting, dependency management, and risk control.
• Confident communicator who can challenge and influence senior stakeholders constructively.
• Experience working under security, compliance, and regulatory constraints.
• Outcome-focused approach, calm under pressure, willing to call out when delivery is at risk and support this with evidence.
