Technical Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity SaaS | Germany (Remote)

My client is a global cybersecurity software company helping enterprise organizations secure critical workloads across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. Their AI-driven platform enables visibility, automation, and compliance for secure application connectivity.

They're now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team and drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion across their enterprise portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own post-sales success, ensuring adoption and value realization for enterprise clients

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor

  • Partner with internal teams to identify growth and renewal opportunities

  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and other strategic touchpoints

  • Represent the customer voice internally to improve experience and outcomes

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing roles in enterprise software (preferably cybersecurity or infrastructure)

  • Strong technical understanding of cloud, networking, and security environments

  • Track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German

  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
