Technical Account Manager
Location: 100% remote in UK
I'm working with a Series E MDR company that is looking for their first Technical Account Manager in EMEA. They are looking for someone who can work with security professionals at MidMarket - Large Enterprise companies across the EMEA region.
This is a very technical role as they need someone with programming and scripting skills and can build POV and implement solutions with customers. But then also needs someone who can be consultative with customers and manage their relationship.
Responsibilities:
- The Technical Account Manager (TAM) manages the Premium Support relationship and ensures that the product is and continues to be considered a key technology partner within the account.
- TAM will be assigned to key accounts and will become the single point of contact for all post sales technical issues.
- This position requires someone who enjoys interacting with customers, and cross functional teams to drive customer issues to resolution.
- TAM will work closely with the Field Sales Team/PS Team to ensure that all products and services are deployed in a manageable and supportable way, and the customer gets the most out of their investment for the life of the contract.
- TAM will be assisting customers to resolve their technical issues in timely manner.
- As the platform integrates with many aspects of the Internet and customer infrastructure, a thorough understanding of Internet and Networking protocols is required.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience scripting
- Experience working with Enterprise and Large Enterprise customers across EMEA
- Experience working at a Cyber Security Vendor
- Start Up experience or self starter attitude
