Export Systems Engineer - Defence Sector
💼 Salary: Up to £57,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
📍 Hybrid | 2-3 days per week on-site (UK Citizenship required)

We're looking for a proactive Systems Engineer to support international export opportunities for a major defence programme. If you enjoy working across technical teams, helping shape bids, and making sense of complex documents - this could be a great fit.

What you'll do:

• Be the main technical point of contact supporting export bids

• Coordinate inputs across systems engineering, documentation, and costing

• Review and manage key engineering documents

• Work closely with new business and bid teams to align technical and commercial inputs

• Support requirements, statement of work (SoW) creation, and stakeholder meetings

What you'll bring:

• Background in systems engineering (ideally defence, aerospace, or similar)

• Experience supporting bids or working in a multidisciplinary team

• Good document control and version tracking skills

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and technical reviews

• Tools like DOORS or RTC are useful but not essential
