A highly regarded, top-ranked regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Adviser (4-8 PQE) to join their established Private Client team in Brighton.

The Role

You'll handle a diverse range of complex private client matters while helping to shape the future of the team. Your work will include:

• Advising on complex wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney

• Managing and developing long-term client relationships

• Supervising and mentoring junior team members

• Playing an active role in marketing, networking, and growing the team's client base

• Contributing to continuous improvement and the firm's wider growth strategy

About You

• 4-8 years' PQE with demonstrable experience in Private Client law

• Strong background in complex wills, probate, and powers of attorney

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Collaborative, supportive, and client-focused approach

• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice

• Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues

• Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload
