The Role

• Lead and manage a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims, with a particular focus on multi-track brain injury matters.

• Provide strategic guidance to junior team members, overseeing case preparation, client management, and litigation strategy.

• Collaborate with both adult and child brain injury teams, contributing to high-level case planning and project management.

• Utilise advanced case management systems and research tools to ensure efficiency and thorough preparation of all claims.

• Work with senior partners on business development initiatives and strategic growth of the practice.

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitors with 3-8+ years' PQE, ideally with experience in multi-track or high-value clinical negligence claims.

• Proven ability to lead complex cases, mentor junior colleagues, and make strategic decisions.

• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, coupled with excellent organisational, research, and client-care skills.
