An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to join a top-tier Legal 500 firm in London, within their highly regarded brain injury team.
This role offers the chance to specialise in complex clinical negligence, managing high-value, multi-track cases and making a tangible difference to clients.
The Role

Lead and manage a caseload of complex clinical negligence claims, with a particular focus on multi-track brain injury matters.

Provide strategic guidance to junior team members, overseeing case preparation, client management, and litigation strategy.

Collaborate with both adult and child brain injury teams, contributing to high-level case planning and project management.

Utilise advanced case management systems and research tools to ensure efficiency and thorough preparation of all claims.

Work with senior partners on business development initiatives and strategic growth of the practice.
Candidate Requirements

Solicitors with 3-8+ years' PQE, ideally with experience in multi-track or high-value clinical negligence claims.

Proven ability to lead complex cases, mentor junior colleagues, and make strategic decisions.

Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, coupled with excellent organisational, research, and client-care skills.
