HYBRID WORKING - C2 DAYS PER WEEK

We're looking for an experienced IT Platform/DevOps Engineer to support and enhance enterprise-scale Wintel environments. You'll be hands-on with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and application hosting-ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and optimised for business-critical performance.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong Wintel / Microsoft stack expertise (AD, SCCM, O365, clustering, patching).

• VMware, vSphere, and virtualisation experience.

• Cloud integration (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Terraform

• Middleware deployment and optimisation (IIS, security hardening, anti-malware).

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi) and enterprise storage (IBM XIV or similar).

• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS).

Desirable:

• Automation & DevOps (Ansible, CI/CD).

• Hyperconverged infrastructure, Kubernetes, Citrix.

• SQL Server clustering/replication, VOIP/SIP telephony.
