We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to lead the end-to-end design of user-centred services within a complex public sector ecosystem. The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Service Design: Create end-to-end services that meet diverse user needs and ensure accessibility across all touchpoints.
- Ecosystem Mapping: Analyse dependencies and service ecosystems to provide visual, easy-to-understand artefacts.
- Collaborative Design: Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, designing "in the open" to share knowledge across the wider design community.
- Strategy & Advocacy: Advocate for inclusive design practices and support the development of long-term service strategies and roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and contribute to the growth of the internal design profession.
Requirements
- Public Sector Expertise: Extensive experience working within government departments and a deep understanding of GDS.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to align designs with organisational goals and technical delivery capabilities.
- Security Clearance: You must hold current, active SC Clearance to be considered for this position.
