They are seeking a Senior Associate with strong funds tax experience to join this ambitious and highly regarded group. The role involves advising many of the world's leading fund managers across the full spectrum of funds-related transactions, including fundraisings across all strategies, carry structuring, co-investments, continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sales, GP M&A and LP-side advisory. Working alongside recognised leaders in their field, you will gain direct client exposure, contribute to headline matters, and collaborate closely with colleagues across their international offices.
The successful candidate will bring excellent technical legal skills, a strong academic background and proven experience in funds tax, most likely gained at a City or international firm. You will be commercially minded, adept at providing pragmatic solutions and confident working on complex cross-border matters. Strong communication and analytical skills, together with an appetite for business development and client relationship management, are essential.
From your first day, you can expect high-quality work, outstanding colleagues and ongoing opportunities to develop your skills and career.
