Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in operational support, application integration, and building and maintaining scalable infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring a broad range of systems and troubleshooting bugs efficiently.
• Gaining valuable insight into the expanding field of server operations.
• Building and supporting the infrastructure to optimize customer experience.
• Taking responsibility for resolving issues, responding to incidents, and managing on-call duties when needed.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Hands-on experience with AWS services at the DevOps Engineer level.
• Prior experience managing incidents, changes, and problem-solving processes.
• Strong background in enterprise observability tooling, specifically Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk, with experience in PromQL.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or SQL.
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitOps, container orchestration, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration and deployment management using CI/CD pipelines.
