Senior Residential Solicitor
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Operating within a collaborative team and supported by modern systems, the successful candidate will have the autonomy to run their files independently while also contributing to mentoring junior colleagues as part of the firm's formal development programme.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of matters
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and title reports
• Supporting junior team members through mentoring and supervision, and contributing to departmental best practices

We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor (ideally 4+ years PQE) with proven residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently, including more complex transactions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with digital case management systems
• A proactive attitude towards mentoring and supporting junior team members
