Senior Residential Solicitor

You will join TWM Solicitors, one of the largest legal practices in Surrey and a leading Southeast law firm with roots dating back to the 1790s. With a strong reputation across residential property, private client and family law, the firm supports a diverse client base including high net worth individuals and well-known organisations.
You will manage your own residential property matters with autonomy, while contributing to wider team success and firm-wide initiatives. The role is based in the Wimbledon office, with collaboration across Surrey and London locations.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients clearly and confidently, delivering a high standard of service
• Developing and maintaining your own client and referrer relationships
• Supervising junior team members and supporting their development where appropriate

We're looking for

• A qualified Solicitor, CILEX Fellow or equivalent, with around 5-6 years' experience
• Strong technical expertise in residential property law with minimal supervision required
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet fee earning and billing targets
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to practice development
• Confidence working with high value clients and collaborating across teams
