Senior Residential Solicitor
Join a respected top 200 law firm where residential property work is valued, well-supported, and delivered with care. This is a senior role offering autonomy, influence, and the chance to help shape a growing residential conveyancing practice.
You will advise clients on the full residential conveyancing process, managing matters from instruction through to completion and registration. Working within a collaborative team in Wimbledon, you will combine strong technical delivery with client-focused service and business development activity.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload including purchases, sales, transfers, and re-mortgages
• Advising clients clearly and practically throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the residential property team
• Contributing to business development through client relationships and lead generation

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 5PQE+ in residential conveyancing or residential property law
• Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations
• Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a wider team
• Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
