Senior Residential Solicitor

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
• Advising clients on all aspects of residential property sales, purchases and remortgages
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and all related documents
• Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage providers and solicitors to ensure smooth progress throughout

We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication and client care skills, able to build trusted relationships
• Confidence in handling a varied caseload independently, with great attention to detail
• A collaborative approach, contributing to a positive team culture and supporting junior colleagues
