Senior Residential Property Lawyer - Oxford

I am working with a highly regarded, multi-office firm looking to appoint a Senior Residential Property Lawyer (Senior Associate or Legal Director) into its established Oxford Real Estate team.

The team advises UK and international clients on a broad range of residential matters and is panel-appointed with several leading lenders.

You will handle a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, title investigations, drafting and negotiating contracts, secured lending, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, tenancy matters and new build transactions - managing matters from instruction through to post-completion.

Although part of a wider Real Estate group, you will be embedded within the Oxford office, with the autonomy to build strong client relationships and further develop your profile in the region.

The firm offers hybrid working, typically 2-3 days in the office.

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong residential property specialist with excellent client management skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to run their own matters while contributing to business development.
