We're seeking an experienced and personable Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join our welcoming team in Chatham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior position within a collaborative, client-focused environment where your ideas and input will be valued.

The Role

You'll handle a broad range of residential property work, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties

• New build purchases from developers

• Ownership transfers and lease extensions

• Re-mortgages

You'll also play a key role in strengthening and growing our residential real estate presence in Chatham, helping to build long-lasting relationships across the local market. A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder, you'll guide clients through each stage with clarity and care.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a people-first approach. You will have:

• 5+ years' PQE in residential property

• Strong client relationship and communication skills

• The ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive team

• A calm, organised and proactive attitude

• Commercial awareness and an interest in helping the department grow
