A long-established Kent law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Margate office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality work while being part of a friendly, supportive team with deep roots in the local community.

The Role
You will run your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing files, including:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions

• Remortgages

• Lease extensions

• New build purchases

The firm embraces flexibility, offering part-time options (often across four days) and up to 40% home working.

The Candidate

• 3+ years' PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive)

• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Highly organised, with a proactive and professional approach
