A highly respected Kent law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Canterbury office. With a strong local reputation and excellent client relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a supportive, collaborative team.

The Role
You will manage a busy caseload across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Lease extensions

• New build transactions

Flexible working is available, with the option of part-time hours (typically across four days) and up to 40% home working.

The Candidate

• 3+ years' PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive)

• Confident handling files independently from start to finish

• Strong organisational and client care skills

• A proactive team player with a focus on delivering excellent service
