We are working with a highly respected London law firm to recruit a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, commercially minded lawyer looking for a clear route to partnership within a supportive and ambitious practice.


The Role


In this senior position, you will:

  • Manage a high-value residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, and complex rural and country properties
  • Advise on development projects, financing arrangements, and high-net-worth transactions
  • Build and maintain client relationships, with responsibility for identifying and driving business development opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of key matters and clients
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the team


This role is ideal for a solicitor who is confident operating independently and has experience in business development, with ambition to progress to partnership in the medium term.


Candidate Profile


The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in residential property law, ideally with exposure to high-value or complex matters
  • A proven track record of business development and client management
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver commercially savvy advice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition to progress towards partnership in a growth-focused team
  • Strong academic background and a commitment to professional excellence
