  • Supporting the firm's growth strategy and maintaining its strong reputation in the local property market

About the Firm

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 6-8 years' PQE in residential property law
  • Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of conveyancing
  • Leadership ability, or proven experience in a senior or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to high standards of client care
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset
  • A local professional network would be an advantage, though not essential

This role is primarily office-based due to its leadership focus, although some flexibility for home working is available when appropriate.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary starting from £50,000+, dependent on experience
  • Leadership progression within a respected and growing firm
  • A welcoming and supportive team culture
  • Opportunities to influence the growth and direction of the department
  • No individual billing targets - shared team goals and recognition
