The Role

As Senior Residential Conveyancer / Head of Department (Designate), you will:

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and shared ownership transactions.

• Provide a smooth and supportive experience for clients throughout their property journey.

• Contribute to the mentoring and development of colleagues within the department.

• Take on a leadership role, preparing to assume responsibility for the Property Department.

• Support the firm's growth strategy and maintain its strong reputation in the local property market.

We're Looking For

• 6-8 years PQE in residential property law.

• Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of conveyancing.

• Leadership ability or proven experience in a senior or supervisory role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to high standards of client care.

• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Local professional network is advantageous but not essential.
