We are working with a highly regarded London law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 for its Property practice, which is now seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Property to lead its established real estate team.
This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the department, drive growth, and manage a broad range of high-quality property matters for an impressive client base.

The Role:

• Lead and develop the property department, supervising a talented team of solicitors and support staff.
• Handle a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a first-class service.
• Play a key role in business development and strategy, contributing to the continued success of the practice.
• Report directly to the partnership.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 8+ PQE in Property Law.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent technical knowledge across residential and commercial property transactions.
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and able to inspire a team.
