An established and well-regarded full-service law firm in Central London is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Property Associate Solicitor to join their highly ranked property department. The Role:

This position offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the strategic growth of the department and firm.
Key areas of work include:

• Sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold commercial and residential property
• Development work, secured lending and investment transactions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Supporting high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and institutional clients

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years of post-qualification experience in property law
• Strong experience handling both residential and commercial property matters independently
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and develop lasting client relationships
• A demonstrable client following or strong network of introducers is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and commercially astute
