Senior Product Owner - Digital & Data-Oriented
£65-70k + 28 Days Holiday + 10% Pension
Location: Hybrid (Max once a week in Central London)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery of a high-impact, digital and data-oriented product. You will shape the product vision, manage competing priorities, and embed agile practices across a cross-functional team focused on driving meaningful insights and value through data.

Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you'll guide the product lifecycle-from discovery to continuous improvement-using KPIs and evidence-based decision-making to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and evolving the product roadmap

• Implementing agile practices and leading backlog prioritisation

• Balancing strategic goals with technical feasibility and user needs

• Creating an inclusive and collaborative environment

• Aligning delivery to KPIs, metrics, and continuous performance improvements

• Driving a culture of transparency, iteration, and shared ownership

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong experience delivering digital and data-driven products

• Proven agile leadership, ideally across teams with varying maturity

• Confidence managing product backlogs and prioritising requirements

• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical teams

• A data-informed mindset and experience using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions
