Senior Private Client Solicitor (7+ PQE)

Location: Winchester
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 total remuneration package

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor (7+ PQE) to join a well-regarded and established Private Client team based in Winchester.

The Role

You will manage a high-quality and varied Private Client caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust

• Probate and estate administration

• Tax and estate planning

• Court of Protection matters

• Advising elderly and vulnerable clients with care, discretion and professionalism

Alongside fee-earning, you will:

• Support and mentor junior members of the team

• Contribute to business development and departmental growth

• Represent the firm through networking, referrals and client engagement

• Play a visible role within a collaborative and well-established Private Client department

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in Private Client law

• Existing client following

• Strong technical expertise across Wills, Probate, Estate Planning and Court of Protection

• Confident managing files independently from instruction to completion

• Excellent communication skills with a strong client-care focus

• Leadership qualities and willingness to support and develop others
