Senior Private Client Lawyer (5+ PQE)

Location: Canterbury
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£90,000

A well-established firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Private Client Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its Canterbury office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong lawyer looking for genuine progression, with a clear pathway to Partnership for the right individual.

The Role

You will manage your own varied private client caseload, including:

• Wills

• Probate and Estate Administration

• Estate and Tax Planning

• Trust Administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Court of Protection matters

• Related private client work

Alongside your own caseload, you will support other team members where needed and contribute to maintaining the high standards of the department.

There will also be a business development element to the role. You should be confident in building, developing and maintaining strong client relationships in this highly client-facing area of law.

• 5+ PQE in Private Client

• Strong technical capability across a broad Wills, Trusts & Probate caseload

• Commercially aware and confident with business development

• Ambitious, with aspirations towards Partnership

• Organised, client-focused and collaborative
