Senior Private Client Consultant

An established and innovative legal consultancy is seeking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to join its growing network of consultants. This role offers the opportunity to combine the independence of self-employment with the infrastructure, support, and brand strength of a forward-thinking practice.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will act on a wide range of private client matters, advising a sophisticated client base including high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and business owners. Areas of focus typically include:

• Wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration, including complex and cross-border estates
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
• Succession and tax planning for domestic and international clients
• Advising on family wealth preservation and structuring

This position is offered on a consultancy basis, enabling you to retain a significant proportion of your fees and design a practice that suits your career ambitions and lifestyle.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years' PQE in Private Client law
• Demonstrable expertise across the full spectrum of wills, probate, trusts, and tax planning
• Strong business development skills with the ability to cultivate and grow client relationships
• Entrepreneurial approach, with the desire to operate autonomously within a collaborative network
• A following or established client base is highly advantageous
