The Role

The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its busy and growing Private Client team. The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value matters involving international clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and families. The role will involve:

• Advising on UK and international tax planning, trusts, and succession structures
• Handling cross-border estate planning and asset protection
• Working with clients on wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on residence, domicile, and tax implications of relocation
• Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas (tax, corporate, family, disputes) to provide holistic solutions

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 6-7+ years' PQE in Private Client law
• Strong international private client experience (essential)
• Proven expertise in UK tax and cross-border tax issues
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with experience advising HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong business development skills and appetite for client relationship building
