A prestigious, full-service London law firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Associate to join its highly regarded Private Client team. This is a rare opportunity to take a senior role in a team known for delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, including international families, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

The Role:
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising on a broad range of complex private client matters, with a particular focus on:

• Estate and succession planning
• Cross-border tax and wealth structuring
• Trusts and foundations
• UK and international tax matters
• Probate and administration of high-value estates

You'll work closely with partners and lead on sophisticated client matters while also mentoring junior associates and contributing to business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years' PQE in private client work
• Proven experience working with HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, and international clients
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax law, trusts, and cross-border planning
• Commercially astute, personable, and confident in handling client relationships
• A proactive approach to career development and a collaborative mindset
