Employment Senior Associate / Managing Associate - London

I'm working exclusively with this standout London team as they continue to expand, and they're seeking a Senior Associate or Managing Associate ready to make an immediate impact.

The Role

• Leading on complex Employment Tribunal matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing and high‑value dismissal claims.
• Advising boards, HRDs and senior management teams on strategic employment issues, risk management and workforce strategy.
• Handling business restructures, collective consultation, redundancies and sensitive senior exits.
• Acting on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE, due diligence and negotiation of service/settlement agreements.
• Working closely with corporate, immigration and pensions colleagues on multidisciplinary projects.
• Managing and developing client relationships, you'll be client‑facing from day one.
• Supporting the development of junior lawyers and contributing to team growth and BD initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience running complex tribunal litigation or high‑value contentious matters with strategic oversight.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders - boards, founders, HRDs - with clarity and commercial judgement.
• Exposure to restructures or transactional employment work, and the confidence to handle TUPE, due diligence or senior exits.
