We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a critical workflow system replacement project for a well-established organisation based in Edinburgh. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery expertise within complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a workflow system replacement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Manage cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and governance documentation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project sponsors.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT transformation projects, ideally involving workflow or case management systems.
• Demonstrable experience managing third-party suppliers, including contract oversight, performance management, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

What's on Offer:

• £500-£550 (Inside IR35).
