The Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate with 7+ years' PQE to take a leading role within our busy and expanding family team. You will manage a diverse caseload covering all areas of family law, including high-net-worth divorce, complex financial remedy proceedings, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements, and sensitive private children cases.

The role offers a blend of autonomy and collaboration, working closely with respected partners while having the freedom to develop your own network and client base. This is a high-profile position with real scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a full range of family law matters, including divorce, finances, and children cases.

• Managing a complex caseload with minimal supervision.

• Building and maintaining strong professional networks and generating new business.

• Delivering excellent client care and upholding the firm's high service standards.

• Contributing to the growth and strategy of the family team and mentoring junior team members.

About You

• 7+ years' PQE in family law.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

• Consistent history of strong billing and fee generation.

• Commercially minded with excellent business development skills.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
