An internationally respected firm, known for its leading work across energy, transport and infrastructure, is seeking an ambitious employment lawyer to join its growing London Employment team.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as a trusted adviser on a mix of contentious, advisory and transactional employment matters
• Running your own caseload with support from approachable partners who actively invest in progression
• Advising on high‑profile projects tied to global transport, energy and maritime sectors
• Drafting, negotiating and strategising on complex employment documentation
• Supporting corporate transactions with specialist Employment input

The Client Base

You'll be working with a truly international clientelle, including:

• Multinational energy, transport, aviation and maritime companies
• Global financial institutions
• High‑growth tech and clean‑energy innovators
• Household‑name corporates navigating cross‑border workforce issues

Requirements

• 4-5 PQE UK qualified Employment Lawyer (contentious + advisory + TUPE/transactional exposure ideal)
• Solid experience gained within a recognised City, international or high‑quality boutique practice
