The Role

As an experienced Employment Associate, you'll:

• Act on significant Employment Tribunal matters, frequently involving complex discrimination and dismissal claims.
• Advise employers on a range of non‑contentious issues, including contracts, policies, restructuring, and day‑to‑day HR queries.
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy while contributing to larger team matters as needed.

Client Base

You'll be advising an impressively varied client base including:

• Major corporate organisations
• High‑profile third‑sector bodies and regulators
• Charities and social enterprises
• Private and public sector employers with sophisticated employment needs
• Long‑standing clients who view the firm as their go‑to advisers for business‑critical matters

Requirements:
