Employment Senior Associate | 6+ PQE | London

I'm working exclusively with high-banding global employment practice handling some of the most high-profile, complex disputes and strategic advisory work across the UK and internationally.

The Role

In terms of employment matters, you'll be gaining a balanced caseload, with roughly 60% contentious and 40% advisory. This involves:

• Running Employment Tribunal claims end-to-end, including multi-day hearings

• Exposure to High Court disputes and other high-value, sensitive matters

• Advising multinational clients on day-to-day employment issues

• Leading on senior exits, restructures, TUPE transfers, and workforce changes

• Supporting corporate transactions and large-scale projects, handling the employment aspects

The Candidate

• 
  6+ PQE with a strong mix of contentious and advisory employment experience
• 
  Confident advising sophisticated, often regulated clients
• 
  Skilled in drafting, negotiating, and managing client relationships
• 
  Interested in cross-border employment matters
