Senior Employment Associate | High-Value Corporate & Contentious Work

The Role

You will work as part of an ambitious and well-established employment team advising on a diverse mix of work, including:

• 
  Employment relations and day-to-day advisory matters
• 
  Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• 
  Employment aspects of corporate transactions
• 
  Complex reorganisations, collective issues and industrial relations
• 
  Senior employee and board-level disputes

The role offers real autonomy at Senior Associate level, with scope to run matters, supervise junior lawyers and play a visible role in client relationships.

The Candidate

• 
  4+ PQE Employment Solicitor (England & Wales)
• 
  Strong experience in contentious and/or advisory employment work
• 
  Comfortable handling complex, high-value matters
• 
  Commercial, confident and keen to take on responsibility
• 
  Experience acting for large corporate or institutional clients preferred
