The Role

• Advisory and contentious employment work
• Complex employee relations and workplace disputes
• Restructuring, senior exits and whistleblowing
• Discrimination and tribunal litigation
• • Running your own matters with close partner support
  • Acting as a key contact for clients on sensitive, strategic issues
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers

Requirements

• UK Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE experience in employment law
• Strong experience across advisory and contentious employment matters
• Comfortable managing files independently and working directly with clients
• Interest in working within regulated or public‑facing sectors
