Senior Residential Property Associate

An established and progressive law firm based in North East London is seeking a Senior Residential Property Associate to join their team on a consultancy basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor or fee earner looking for flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.
The Role:
You will handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• New build and shared ownership transactions

This consultancy position offers the ideal blend of independence and support - allowing you to manage your own clients, choose your working hours, and grow your practice within an established and reputable firm.
What We're Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or experienced conveyancing fee earner
• Minimum 7 years' experience handling residential property matters from instruction to completion
• Able to work independently with excellent client care skills
• Ideally based in or around North East London, though remote working is available
• A client following is welcome but not essential
