Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

An established and highly regarded law firm in North West London is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor seeking high-quality work, genuine autonomy, and a more collaborative, down-to-earth environment than that typically found in larger firms. It also offers a clear pathway for a candidate looking to step up into a Head of Department role.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Lease renewals and extensions (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Development work, including site set-up and due diligence
• Property finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers
• Title investigations, searches, and general property due diligence

You will also play a key role in advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and entrepreneurs, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

• 6+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience working with a broad range of clients including developers and lenders
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
• Confident communicator with strong client management skills
• Ambition to progress into a Head of Department position
