Employment Senior Associate | London

A highly regarded London law firm, ranked Band 3 in Chambers and Legal 500 for its exceptional claimant and employee-focused employment work, is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate (3+ PQE) into its established Employment team.

The Role

The role offers genuine breadth and responsibility. You will advise on all aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on:

• Equality, discrimination and whistleblowing matters

• Employment Tribunal claims from early strategy through to final hearing

• Redundancy exercises and restructuring programmes

• Employment terminations, including complex and sensitive exits

• TUPE transfers and business reorganisations

You will also be:

• Drafting, reviewing and advising on employment contracts and associated documentation

• Running matters autonomously from instruction through to conclusion

• Providing practical, commercially focused advice to clients

• Playing an active role in supervising and supporting junior lawyers within the team

Requirements

• Qualified employment solicitor with 3+ PQE

• Strong experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters

• Confident managing Tribunal claims and advising on day-to-day employment issues

• Comfortable taking ownership of files and client relationships
