Senior Associate | London
I'm working exclusively with a Firm recognised as Band 1 across all major transactional, disputes, and regulatory areas. This firm is known for serving some of the most sophisticated clientele including FTSE 100, global financial institutions, private equity houses, and high-growth innovators.
Role
You'll work on market-defining, multi‑jurisdictional mandates across high-value M&A, leveraged finance, capital markets, and complex regulatory work.
Expect to lead on deal workstreams, advise on sophisticated cross-border structures, coordinate with their global teams, and support strategic, often enterprise-defining matters for major corporates and financial institutions.
Requirements
We're looking for:
- An experienced 7+ PQE UK Qualified Solicitor.
- Confident managing complex, cross-border matters.
