We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to join a critical, large-scale IT and Business Transformation programme for a major Public Sector Client. This programme is building and integrating multiple software components onto a modern, cloud-native platform.

You will drive Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and manage senior technical and programme stakeholders to ensure the successful, iterative delivery of new functionality. Experience leading large projects, ideally within the Public Sector, is essential.

Key Technical & Delivery Must-Haves

• Methodology: Certified Agile ScrumMaster (CSM, CSP-SM) with experience in a traditional project management methodology.

• Cloud & IaC: Hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code using Cloud Formation or Terraform.

• Tech Stack: Strong foundation in Linux Administration, Nginx, and tooling like Packer.

• Delivery: Proven ability to manage teams in a CI/CD context, working with NFRs (cost, scalability, availability) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Git).

• Clearance: Must be SC Cleared
