Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities within SAP environments
• Oversee SAP to Oracle data migration testing, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Develop and implement robust test strategies, test plans, and governance frameworks
• Create and maintain insightful test dashboards and reporting metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Drive best practices in test management and quality assurance

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in the SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) domain
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP to Oracle data migration testing
• 4-5 years of test management experience
• Expertise in Jira, dashboard creation, and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of test approaches, planning, and governance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - essential for stakeholder engagement and team leadership

Desirable:

• Previous experience working on insurance sector projects
