SAP Data Migration Consultant - UK Security Cleared

Are you an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant looking to play a key role in a major transformation programme?
We're seeking a skilled professional to join a high-performing team on a 9+ month contract based in Reading, UK, supporting large-scale SAP delivery with a strong focus on data integrity and migration excellence.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data movement into SAP systems. You'll work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical specialists to support a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities across multiple data objects
• Define data migration strategy, approach, and best practices
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Work with legacy systems and SAP (including S/4HANA where applicable)
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve data issues
• Ensure data governance and quality standards are maintained throughout

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering SAP data migration projects in complex environments
• Strong understanding of data migration tools (e.g. LSMW, Migration Cockpit, ETL tools)
• Experience working with large data volumes and multiple data objects (e.g. master and transactional data)
• Solid understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI or others)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations is highly desirable
• Must hold valid SC (Security Clearance) - this is essential

Contract Details

• Location: Reading, UK (hybrid options may be available)
• Duration: 9+ months
• Rate: £750-£850 per day (inside or outside IR35 depending on engagement)
