Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data.
• Create reports, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Lead projects involving system configuration and business process improvements.
• Maintain data quality, resolve system issues, and support GDPR compliance.
• Work closely with end-users to optimise workflows.

Key Skills & Experience

• Over 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
• Confident with data imports, exports, cleaning, and security best practices.
• Skilled in user management, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
• Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, HTML/CSS, and integrations is a plus.
• Comfortable working in Agile with tools like Jira and Confluence.

Certifications (desirable)

• Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Admin
• Salesforce Platform App Builder / Developer I
