About this role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable individual to join our team within our professional dynamic sales environment. We are looking for an experienced SDR who is not afraid to pick up the phone and work through lead lists. You'll work with a supportive and motivated team to find customers, drive sales, and develop strong relationships. In time you will master your craft and progress through our sales team development plan, eventually owning your own client base with an increased Base Salary, OTE and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Development: Proactively engage with potential customers, generating leads from inbound inquiries and outbound calling.
- Taking Ownership of our Lead generation tools, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities working with our external sales professionals to secure these prospects. You will be responsible for calling our potential clients and booking meetings for our more experienced Account Managers.
- Consultative Selling: in time once provided with the knowledge, you will begin to understand customers' needs and promote the right products and services, including Audio Visual installations, additional product portfolios such as IT services.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries, offering solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- CRM Management: Accurately input and maintain data in our CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up in a timely manner. KPI's are reviewed on a weekly basis to account for continuous improvement.
- Order & Quote Management: In time, your role will evolve into an internal sales position, and you will start to Process sales orders and quotes with support from your mentors
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for lead generation, customer outreach, and sales conversions.
- Communication: Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident communication style, both written and verbal. Handle all customer interactions with care and attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with sales and technical teams to drive results.
- Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience: Experience in a sales environment, especially in outbound calling, customer service, is essential. We are looking for someone who has experience hitting outbound call quotas and over performing against their KPI's.

- Must be able to work from our Maidenhead office.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience, with a commission package designed to meet skill set and performance. Commission is paid for the first 12 months that your accounts come under our Account Management team.
- Sales Apprenticeship: Fully funded Technical Sales apprenticeship with time provided to complete your learning and project work where required. Mostly office-based scheme, with visits from scheme mentors.

Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 4Days in the office 1 day at home 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Office Based in Maidenhead.
Experience & Additional Information:
- Prior experience in a sales environment is essential. Cold calling is the bulk of this role.
- Cold calling - you will be contacting both warm leads but majority cold. Customers who have shown interest in our products or services will be a priority
- Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and maintain professional manner.
